We typically recommend cleaning on a monthly basis or every two months to ensure optimal performance of your solar panels.

Our cleaning kits are best suited for solar panels that are highly visible when you are looking up from the ground. Our kits make cleaning single story roof-tops and most two story roof-tops. Be sure to read over our truth about cleaning to see if your roof type is suitable for manual care.

We currently ship within the United States. We can provide shipping quote requests for shipments to Canada. We are looking to expand to other countries so please drop us a comment and let us know if you are interested in our cleaning kit.

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days.

Upon shipping your order, you will receive an email that contains shipment tracking information.

All orders are refundable within 60 days of purchase. Please send an inquiry to customer service for a refund. We will then send you email instructions to send back the kits. Upon receiving the kits, we will refund your purchase less a 15% restocking fee.

Yes, we charge sales tax which will be calculated upon checkout.
